This Truck Mounted Mobile Coal Sampler With Instant Ash & Moisture Analyser is for collecting an unbiased coal sample from open railway Wagon/Truck, the coal collected from the loaded Wagon/Truck will provide a true random representative sample (up to 6 feet depth) which would be analysed for quality determination for Ash & Moisture to get GCV value.

Working Principle

  • This is an equipment for collecting an unbiased coal sample from open railway wagons for quality analysis, which will obviate the drawbacks of the hitherto known prior art.
  • Elimination of conventional system of sampling method in which loose coal is collected from loaded wagons for its analysis.
  • Provide a sampling system to obtain unbiased sample from a given quantity of coal that is accepted as a representative sample to both the seller and buyer. This will be the best accomplished by extraction of a true vertical core from the wagon/lorry.
  • To provide instant ash and moisture will convert to GCV report customer can utilize the coal for required calorific value of heat.
  • Customers are getting coal from different areas can blended the coal for required calorific value of heat.
